Our story
Brizzee Family Medicine was started by Dr David Brizzee in 2010. Maggie Jablonski, FNP joined us in 2021. We deliver high quality, up to date, patient centered medical care for patients of all ages. We accept ages from the newest infant to the oldest grandparent. Our focus is on you as the patient not the computer screen. We spend ample time with you during your visit in order to answer your questions and educate you on your medical concerns.
Providers and Staff
Dr David Brizzee, D.O.
Brizzee Family Medicine is a private practice owned and operated by Dr David Brizzee. Dr Brizzee grew up in Eastern Idaho and attended Idaho State University for his undergraduate degree in Biology. He received his medical degree at Midwestern University from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. In 2010, he successfully completed his residency training in family medicine from ISU Family Medicine Residency program. He is board certified in family medicine. His hobbies include skiing, playing piano, racquetball, and reading.
Maggie Jablonski, FNP
Maggie is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She practices women's health, hormones, child care, adult care, and chronic medical management. She has many years of experience as an OB nurse prior to joining BFM. She has been a team member at BFM since 2021. She enjoys pickleball, family, and especially grandkids.

Medical Assistants
Our MAs are top notch. They let you feel comfortable and important the minute you step into our office until the second you leave. Jenn has been with us since 2016. Tiffany joined in 2021. Brooke started in 2025. Our motto is "Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and civility".
