Our story
Brizzee Family Medicine was started by Dr. David Brizzee in 2010. Jessica Baird, FNP joined us in 2026. We deliver high quality, up-to-date, patient-centered medical care for patients of all ages. We accept ages from the newest infant to the oldest grandparent. Our focus is on you as the patient, not the computer screen. We spend ample time with you during your visit in order to answer your questions and help educate you with your medical concerns.
Providers and Staff
Dr David Brizzee, D.O.
Brizzee Family Medicine is a private practice owned and operated by Dr David Brizzee. Dr Brizzee grew up in Eastern Idaho and attended Idaho State University for his undergraduate degree in Biology. He received his medical degree at Midwestern University from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. In 2010, he successfully completed his residency training in family medicine from ISU Family Medicine Residency program. He is board-certified in family medicine. His hobbies include skiing, playing piano, racquetball, designing and playing strategic board games, and reading.
Jessica Baird, DNP FNP-C
Jessica is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Idaho State University. She joined BFM in 2026. Her nursing background is in women's and children's health. She moved to Southeast Idaho in 2004 after marrying her high-school sweetheart. Together, they have three wonderful children who keep life full and fun. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves camping, hiking, traveling, rockhounding, and exploring new places with her family. Her family is her greatest joy and the inspiration behind everything she does.

Medical Assistants
Our MAs are top notch. They let you feel comfortable and important the minute you step into our office until the second you leave. Jenn has been with us since 2016. Kayla started in 2026. Our motto is "Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and civility".
